Techhead Interactive is pleased to announce an addition to its range of delivery options and a new freight matrix that is effective 1 March 2007. From the 1st of March, all SIM cards will be delivered by Australia Post. The inclusion of Australia Post for delivery of SIM cards will result in reduced freight charges to clients for orders of mobile services that are not accompanied by hardware.
Utilising Australia Post’s nationwide network, Techhead Interactive can dispatch SIM cards to any destination in the country with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 days. With no extra’s such as insurance, Techhead Interactive are able to provide this freight option free of charge.
Australian Air Express will continue to deliver hardware and valuable goods so irrespective of whether you are located in the city or the country, you can be assured of your delivery next business day to most destinations across Australia. All deliveries by AAE are covered by insurance and a world class Track and Trace facility, giving you peace of mind, knowing that your orders will arrive intact and on time. A Door-to-Door or Door-to-Post Office Box service incorporates electronic barcode tracking of consignments and signature-based proof of delivery.
Techhead Interactive are constantly looking at ways to keep our freight costs down without impacting on the service levels that are provide to clients. As of 1 March 2007 the base charge rate for an overnight delivery via AAE will cost $13.00 ex GST.
